We highly recommend filming a continuous unboxing video upon receiving your order from us. This will be needed for proof in regards to returns or refunds. Without this, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.
Please note the outer box is to protect the contents inside. Minor dents, scratches, or discolouration on the outer case will not be eligible for return, refunds or exchanges.
