6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy operates alongside your statutory consumer rights, which are not affected by anything in these Terms & Conditions.
6.1 Change-of-mind returns
For eligible goods purchased online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order without giving a reason. Where this right applies, you may cancel within 14 days beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you exercise your statutory cancellation right, you must notify Neokki within the applicable cancellation period and return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.
Unless otherwise required by law, the cost of returning unwanted goods is the responsibility of the customer.
Goods should be returned in an appropriate condition. Where permitted by law, Neokki may make a deduction from a refund where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
6.2 Refunds
Where a refund is legally due, Neokki will process it using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed with you.
Refunds will be issued within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
6.3 Items that cannot be returned
Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where an applicable legal exception applies.
For example, this may include personalised or customised goods and other goods for which a statutory cancellation exception applies.
Where an exception applies, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product listing before purchase.
Please note that opened or used goods may still be subject to statutory rights where applicable. Our returns policy cannot remove statutory consumer rights.
7. Pre-Orders
7.1 What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released, manufactured, received by Neokki, or made available for immediate dispatch.
When placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the manufacturer’s release date is outside of Neokki’s control and may be changed, delayed or cancelled by the manufacturer or supplier.
We will provide updates where we receive material information regarding significant changes to the expected release or fulfilment of a pre-order.
7.2 Pre-order fulfilment
Neokki purchases pre-order stock based on customer demand and may commit funds to our suppliers before the goods are released or received.
Because of this, customers are encouraged to carefully consider their purchase before placing a pre-order.
7.3 Cancelling a pre-order
You may request cancellation of a pre-order by contacting Neokki.
Where you have a statutory right to cancel under applicable consumer law, that right will always apply regardless of whether the item is a pre-order or whether Neokki has already placed an order with its supplier.
Where no statutory cancellation right applies, Neokki may consider cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
If a cancellation is accepted outside of a statutory cancellation right, any reasonable cancellation charge or amount retained by Neokki will be limited to our genuine, directly incurred and unrecoverable costs arising from the cancellation, where permitted by law. We will not automatically retain the full amount paid.
7.4 Supplier and manufacturer delays
Pre-order release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers or suppliers and may change.
Neokki is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, shipping providers or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control. We will, however, provide customers with relevant updates when information becomes available.
Where a delay or other circumstance gives you a statutory right to cancel or a right to a refund under applicable law, your statutory rights will apply.
7.5 Manufacturer cancellation or inability to fulfil
If a manufacturer or supplier cancels an item or Neokki is otherwise unable to fulfil a pre-order, we will contact affected customers and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by law.
7.6 Statutory rights
Nothing in this Pre-Order Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any statutory rights available to consumers under UK law.
If any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the statutory right will take precedence.
8. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally, information on our site may contain errors or omissions (such as product descriptions, pricing, or availability). We reserve the right to correct these errors at any time, even after an order has been submitted.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, logos, text, and graphics—is the property of Neokki and protected by copyright laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Neokki is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your country or state]. Any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.
