At Neokki, we do our best to make sure your favourite K-Pop items reach you safely and quickly!
Please review the details below before placing your order.
1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 days, once on hand. (excluding weekends and holidays).

During busy periods, such as comeback seasons or sales, processing may take a bit longer.

Pre-order items will ship after the official release date and once all items in your order are available.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they will ship together. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Domestic (within UK): 3–7 business days

International: 10–25 business days (depending on location and customs processing)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs inspections.
3. Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes once the package reaches your country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Neokki is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by the postal carrier.

Neokki is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 14 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), please contact us at support@neokki.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order!
Neokki is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
