We do our fanmades in batches. Each batch will be up for pre-order for a month roughly. Once pre-orders have closed, orders will be finished for that batch. All our fanmades are limited time.

Anything that is not in our 'Made By Fans, For The Fans' collection is official items!

Official items will always have the estimated time frame in the description.

For our fanmades, shipping is usually a few weeks after the pre-order closes.

On hand items are aimed to be packed and dispatched within 3-5 days.

Pre-orders will be dispatched within the same time frame, once they are on hand.

• How long do I have to return?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
• What can I return?
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
We can’t accept opened albums, lightsticks, or photocards.
Pre-orders, custom items, and sale items are non-returnable (unless faulty).
• Who pays for return shipping?
You cover return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please use a tracked service.
• When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive your return.
• What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

If you are ordering a mix of pre-orders, advanced orders and on hand items — it will all be shipped at the same time when the last item is with us.
